About the game

What is British Rails?

"British Rails is the game of railroad construction and operation across the narrow confines of the home of railroading, Great Britain. Build your railroads across the mountain-covered islands and haul freight to make your fortune!" -from rulebook The Great Britain rail building game, British Rails allows you build a mighty railroad empire by using your initial investment to build track from one population centre to another, then take a contract and pick up commodities where they may be located and deliver a profitable load to your destination. By completing more and more contracts you gain the funds you need to upgrade to larger, faster trains, and further expand your railroad empire to be able to reach more and further destinations. Design based on Empire Builder as part of the crayon rail games.
