About the game

What is Miasto Tańczącego Karpia?

Players explore the fantasy City of the Dancing Carp on the eve of the grand Festival of the Seven-Armed Orangutan. The streets are busy with preparations, but magical mishaps and unexpected disturbances threaten to ruin the event. Players must step in to help the residents and solve the problems. The game combines a richly illustrated seek-and-find album with a paragraph book. Players examine the detailed illustrations of the city, searching for numbered figures or objects that lead to matching passages in the text. These passages reveal characters' stories, provide puzzles, and outline quests that often require players to locate items or individuals in other districts. The game is non-linear, allowing players to start anywhere and tackle a variety of interconnected mysteries at their own pace. Progress is tracked by marking keywords, recording collected items, or placing stickers on the illustrations, which permanently alter the scenes and may unlock new possibilities. —description from the publisher
