Build your own snowy paradise as a Penguin City Planner! Compete against other players to develop the most attractive Snow Colony — and earn the most Victory Points by the end of the game! Roll, move, and grow your town every turn. Roll dice and choose which ones to use for movement. Each time you land on a building, you’ll collect resources or Victory Points — and you can invest in expansions to make future visits even more rewarding.
