About the game

What is Quietbell?

Quietbell is an adventure detective game inspired by the works of Howard Phillips Lovecraft. You’ll experience an engaging interactive story whose outcome depends entirely on you and your choices. Throughout the game, you will piece together a larger picture and unravel the tangled fates and events that took place in the mysterious town of Quietbell. The game features a "nonlinear communication" mechanic, allowing the player to interact with various in-game characters on different topics at their discretion. The game also features a "strokes" mechanic using transparent plastic cards, allowing the player to create their own unique picture. —description from the designer
